Revolution Fibres CEO Iain Hosie, Board Director Sin-Jat Lai and Business Development Manager Pablo Lepe; visited the installations of Foshan Industry innovation park, in the Guangzhou region of the Pearl River Delta in southern China. This official visit is part of the company growth and international expansion strategy for Revolution Fibres.
Foshan is one of the richest areas in China in terms of GDP per capita; it’s where thousands of high-tech manufacturing factories are established, due to the relative ease of access to the Guangzhou and Hong Kong seaports serving many international markets.
The Chinese government, through one of their tech transfer organizations, officially invited Revolution Fibres to establish an R&D and manufacturing centre in the biggest innovation park of the region.
In words of our CEO – “We might soon see our first international site in this area, serving our Asia contracts and other markets as well. We believe that China is the new driver of innovation in the world and being part of this revolutionary technology transfer strategy is something that excites us all.”
