Ray brings over 15 years of senior commercial experience leading a range of NZ export focused technology business towards high growth outcomes through both disruptive commercial models and product innovation.
Ray sets clear definitions of success, translated into the tangible commercially focused project outcomes that are needed to take every part of the team towards the strategic objectives. With his MBA background, Ray applied commercial leadership to a number of award winning and fast growing businesses across his career to date and was part of the executive management team awarded the Fastest Growing Exporter in the Deloitte/Unlimited Fast 50 following 2700% growth over 3 year (IBEX Group) to a T/O of $75M annually.
Technical Director and Co- Founder
Iain has been deeply involved in nanofibre production and the development of many unique nanofibre products in the past ten years. Iain co-founded Revolution Fibres in 2009 and led the business since 2012, taking it from a small start-up to a recognized leader in nanofibre production.
Iain has recently moved to the Technical Director role – with a focus on keeping Revolution Fibres at the forefront of textiles innovation. With a scientist (BSc, Biochemistry) with a background in environmental health, government policy, product development and sales. He is passionate advocate for nanofibre manufacturing and its commercialization in many sectors.
Blaine holds a MBioEnt (First Class Honours) and BSc (Neuroscience) from the University of Auckland. With over 9 years experience working with and within early-stage technology companies in the biotech, healthcare, cleantech, and functional food sectors. He brings this expertise to Revolution Fibres.
Blaine also has an extensive experience in technology, IP, and risk assessment, financial modeling, valuation & returns analysis, market validation, and project management.
Hamish leads the sales and marketing team and is responsible for scaling Revolution Fibre’s sales operations globally. He has responsibility for channel partner development and manages key global relationships with strategic clients.
Harvard-educated, Hamish has worked in a variety of sales and marketing leadership roles for tech manufacturers over the last 20 years with well over a decade of experience living and working in both North America (Houston, Texas) and South America.
Hamish brings a successful record of driving sales growth across a range of industries such as Food & Beverage, Public Safety, Maritime, Oil & Gas, Mining and Utilities through targeted team-based solutions selling and leveraging key channel partner relationships.
